Shipping Info

We ship most of our orders using USPS and most of them will receive a tracking number. Generally, we do NOT part-ship orders.

Please note that shipping times and tracking have both been less than great during the pandemic.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. If you are seriously dissatisfied with your order, please email us and we will try to make it right. Our orders are packaged with the utmost attention and we use more protection, especially on vinyl, than any other company we are aware of. Sometimes couriers are less than respectful to packages and still somehow manage to create damage in the form of dinged corners, seam split, or other tears. In cases like these, we cannot be held responsible.
